Built by the people who used to run the back office
BDL started with a simple frustration: the teams closing the books, chasing settlement and answering the auditor were the last people anyone consulted when the tooling was chosen. So we built the firm the other way round — advisors who have filed the returns, reconciled the accounts and sat through the audits, paired with engineers who ship the systems that make it repeatable.
Today we work with founders, CFOs and finance leads across Asia, Europe and North America. Some come to us for a single audit. Most stay because the second engagement is easier than the first.
