If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

The specific scope, fees and deliverables of any engagement are set out in the separate service agreement or engagement letter signed between you and BDL. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

- Paying applicable fees on the schedule agreed in your service agreement

You may stop using the website and close your account at any time by contacting cs@bdlpay.com. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including outstanding fees.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the website.
